Investment Advisory Committee
Annual Strategic Assets Allocation Plan & Evaluation of the Markets/Sectors to be invested, Fund Raisings and provide recommendations to Investment Committee.
Investment Committee
Evaluation and Make Investment Decisions on Investments, Post-Investments Decisions for Capital Management returns and exits and risks management of investments.
Risk Control Comittee
Independently assess and monitor the risks of Investments and their performance after investment. Make recommendation to Investment Committee for risks managements and annual audit benchmarking
All the three independent committees work together and complement each other, covering all aspects of Funds Investment Management Lifecyle.
